The VITS School Badminton Tournament for the 2024-25 academic year was organized by The VITS School from June 29th to July 1st, 2024. Two students from our school participated in this tournament: Aditi Bam from Class 10 secured the 3rd position in the Girls U19 singles category, and Arya Bam from Class 7 secured the 3rd position in the Boys U14 singles category.

Congratulations to Siddhant Pankaj Sonkusare of class 9th from Mount Index International School for his exceptional achievements at the Madhya Pradesh State Swimming Championship 2024! 🏊‍♂ His dedication and talent shone brightly as he clinched 3 Silver 🥈 and 2 Bronze 🥉 medals during the event held from 10-13 June at Vidya Bhavan Public School, Gwalior. Inter School Aprityam Sports 2023 League held at the IIST College Campus in Rau. The event witnessed intense competition among under-19 boys from various schools in basketball, football, tennis cricket, and volleyball. In under-19 boys’ basketball team Mount index international school emerged as the champions, securing the coveted title. In football a well-deserved recognition for their dedication and teamwork finishing as runners-up. Their exceptional performance. In volleyball They managed to reach the semi-finals and in cricket They managed to reach the semi-finals leaving a mark with their performance.

The Chief Guest of the Closing Ceremony was Mr. Kulwinder Singh Gill, General Secretary of Basketball federation of India and President of Madhya Pradesh Basketball Association, Special Guest was Mr. Mohit Yadav, Director Annie Besant Group, Indore interacted with the participants and presented the trophies, medals and certificates to the Winners and Runner-up of the CBSE Cluster XII Basketball tournament. He lauded the performance of the participants and commended the efforts put-in by the robust players. The cultural program consisted of a compulsive dance by the students of the host school, an enthralling performance depicting the value of dreams through dance, and a melodious rendition of ‘Top of the world’ by the choir of host school. The Chief Guest in his speech mentioned, as we end this event, let’s carry the lessons we’ve learned into our daily lives. Let’s remember the spirit of sportsmanship, the joy of teamwork, and the importance of perseverance. These lessons are not just for the field, but for every challenge we face in life.
The Chief Guest, the Special Guest and the dignitaries of the Index Group of Institutions gave away the prizes. The players of Annie Besant School were awarded with Gold Medal and the Winner’s Trophy, the Coach of the team Mr. Kamal Raikwar received the prizes along with the players. Mount Index International School team, the coach of the Mr. Shakib Khan and the Manager Mr. Piyush Dubey received the Silver Medal and Runners up Trophy. Sharda Vidya Mandir, Bhopal and Colonel’s Academy, Mhow were the joint winners on the third position in this tournament, they were awarded with Bronze medals.
Sachin Kumar from the host school Mount Index International School was declared the Player of the Tournament.
The coaches Mr. Ashish Yadav and Nilesh Mehra respectively received the trophy. The student council hoisted the flag which was then submitted by organizing secretary Mr.Govind Maithil submitted it to the Principal which was then handed over to CBSE Observer Mr.Vivek Gaur.

The arena of Mount Index International School was filled with great zeal, excitement and frolicsome atmosphere as it proudly hosts the Basketball Cluster XII for Boys U-19 Tournament under the aegis of CBSE from 27th Oct, 2023, the most awaited 3 days’ tournament for the players.
The programme commenced with the heart felt welcome of the chief guest, the pride of the city Ms. Sudipti Hajela, the gold Medalist Equestrian, Asian Games 2023 by honourable Shri Mayankraj Singh Bhadoriya the Managing Director, Index Group of Institutions. It was ecstatic to have the presence of Mr. Roopesh Verma, CEO; Shri R.C. Yadav, Additional Director, Index Group, Dr. Ram Ghulam Rajdan, Pro Chancellor Malwanchal University, Shri Lokeshwar Singh Registrar Malwanchal University, Dr. Swati Prashant MS, Dr. G.S. Patel, Dean Index Medical College, Dr. Reshma Khurana, Principal Paramedical College Index Group & CBSE Observer Mr. Vivek Gaur .The dignitaries were warmly welcomed by Principal Mr. Shyam Agrawal.
The event began with lighting of lamp as a mark of a call to the Almighty.The Chief Guest and the other reverent invitees were given a warm welcome with bouquets and Tulsi saplings. A melodious welcome song by the school music choir mesmerized the gathering. The school Principal presented a welcome note in which he mentioned the necessary details of the event followed by flag hoisting and declaration of the meet open by the chief guest.
The participating teams drilled in a march past holding their school flags. The Managing Director of the school Mr. Mayankraj Singh Bhadoriya addressed the august gathering. He mentioned the importance of participating in the sports competitions. One will win or learn lessons. The reverent Principal administered the oath.
The cultural team of the school students presented a gala of unity in diversity by a dynamic dance performance that represented the glimpses various Indian states through their folks to enhance the energy of the players.
The Chief Guest in her speech mentioned the importance of school level sports events for the bright future. She urged the players to decide the goal and put sincere efforts and the rest will fall in its place by itself, have trust in your determination, she also shared the tips to be a successful player and expected that the players would play in the tournament with the sportsman spirit. She emphasized on importance of participation rather than winning.
The first match was played on court -2 between Bal Bhavan School (Bhopal) and Kamla Nehru H. S. School Bhopal, in which Bal Bhavan School won by 28 – 20.
On court -2 St. Joseph School Anoop Pur, Shehdol, played against Gyan Sagar School, Ujjain. St. Joseph School won with 7 – 13.
In the series following teams played the matches :
Vandana Convent Shool, Guna won with 34 – 29 against Carmel Convent School, Bhopal.
New Age Public School, Gadarwada won with 17 – 30 against Unnati Academy, Badnavar.
Anne Besant School, Indore won with 37 – 15 against Gyansthali Vidyalaya, Rewa.
Delhi Public School, Bhopal defeated Vatsalya Senior Secondary School, Vidisha by 19 – 34.
Annie Besant School, Indore won with 51 – 23 against Gyansthali Vidyalaya, Rewa.
Delhi Public School, Kolar won with 43 – 19 against Vatsalya Senior Secondary School, Vidisha

On 23rd August an Inter School Debate Competition was held at Indore Public School on the topic *Real books are better than e-books* wherein around
24 schools of the city participated.
Rudra Pratap Singh (Head Boy) from Grade XII advocated For the motion and brought laurels to the school by grabbing*Best Performance* Award.

During the SGFI State-level Wushu championship-2023-24 held in Gwalior, a trio of exceptional athletes truly stood out.

3.Ujjwal Jat U-17-75kg(boy) won Bronze medal.

“Sahodaya Inter School E-Brochure Competition”.

The Inter School E-Brochure Designing Competition was organized by Queens’ College on 29th August 2023, under the aegis of Indore Sahodaya School complex, to provide a platform for students of grades IX – XII to encourage innovative thinking and digital competency among students. The competition aimed to provide a platform for students to showcase their creativity, design skills, and technological proficiency in developing visually appealing and informative e-brochures. The objective was to encourage students to utilize digital tools and enhance their graphic design abilities.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from 17 esteemed schools with 68 participants, each showcasing their creativity and innovation in designing e-brochures. The event showcased the talent and skills of young minds in the field of graphic design.
The competition had a distinguished panel of judges who evaluated the e-brochures based on their creativity, design elements, content, and overall presentation. The esteemed judging panel consisted of Dr. Sachin Patel,Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the SAGE Institute and Ms. Preeti Vyas , PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) of Computer Science at Queens’ College.
After careful evaluation and deliberation, the judges selected the top three entries of which Mount Index International School was winner .

***Mount Index International School players perform well in 24th Wushu State Level Competition***

The 24th State Level Wushu Competition was organized by the Madhya Pradesh Wushu Sangh from July 14 to 16 in Gwalior. President of Wushu Federation Shri N.K. Tripathi told that about 510 players from 45 districts of the state registered their presence and won many medals. Guest 23 players from Mount Index International School, Indore also participated in this competition. The school won a total of 14 medals in different categories. In which 2 gold, 2 silver and 10 bronze medals were won. In wushu team under 12 age group boys Aarav Khatri and in the same category girls Sara Sheikh, Mriduniya Yadav, Ashoni Kushwaha, Aradhana Pradhan, Disha Chauhan won bronze medals. In under 14 age group boys, Huje Ali won gold and Dev Sharma won bronze and in the same category girls Khushi Sharma won gold, Srishti Kumawat won silver, Aaradhya Sengar won bronze. In Girls Wushu Team Under 17 age group, Anjali Kongari won silver medal and Bhumi Singh and Pragya Pal won bronze medal.Other players who participated in the competition were Labhyansh Patidar, Zainab Sheikh, Aman Rathod, Naitik Patel, Aarti Bairagi, Piyush Rathod, Aryan Jat, Kaushiki Jaiswal, Rishika Patel also performed well. The team was led by coach Liaquat Mansoori. On the return of the team, MD of the school Mr. Mayankraj singh Bhadoria, CEO Mr. Roopesh Verma, Principal Mr. Shyam Aggarwal and Vice Principal Mrs. Moumita Chatterjee congratulated the players while congratulating them. Sports Department’s H.O. D Shri Govind Maithili, all the coaches of the sports department and the entire Mount Index International School team congratulated the players and boosted their morale.

Mount Index International applauds the success stories of its radiant stars for cracking JEE Mains 2023

Students from MIIS participated in the Olympiad exams held for the various subjects.
Olympiad exams help to create competitive awareness among students at school, national and global level. These exams aim to improve problem solving ability and analytical thinking skills of students and gradually strengthen the students’ analytical reasoning, logical thinking , IQ and other skills.
Students were awarded with certificates for their participation.

The quarter-final match of the 66th State Level School Cricket Competition was held between Indore and Sagar at Jabalpur, in which Sagar won the toss and decided to bat first, scoring 110 runs in 14 overs. In response, Indore achieved the target by losing 7 wickets. Prashant Patidar of Mount Index International School played a match-winning game. He scored 70 runs off 43 balls and was awarded Man of the Match.

Index Cricket Academy received an A grade.
The Index Group’s Index Cricket Academy has received an A grade up to the age of 18. Following this, athletes from rural areas and students at Index Cricket Academy will also get benefits from receiving an A grade. The Indore Divisional Cricket Association (IDCA) grade will give players the opportunity to participate in numerous matches. Additionally, the performance at Ranji and Division level competitions will be assessed.
According to Index Cricket Academy President Mr. Suresh Singh Bhadoriya, this will be IDCA’s largest project for players and students from rural regions in general. With this, the Index Cricket Academy players will have the opportunity to compete on the high-quality A grade field. Our cricket academy and group’s main focus is on the player and student’s overall development. He stated that the players will now have access to a new platform through Index Cricket Academy, which is a wonderful occasion for everyone with Index Group. Following this, the ground will also host 40 matches and two other events. The Indore World Summit conducted MUN on 15,16 and 17 of Oct 2022 . The opening ceremony was held at The Daly College ,Indore and committee sessions were conducted at NIIMS, University wherein our student Khushi Agarwal represented delegate of Netherlands in allotted committee (UNICEF ) and bagged High Commendation Award in IWS MUN where 62-63 schools and colleges across the country with around 1600 delegates were the participants. “Best out of Waste inter-school competition” held on 3rd September in Anusuiya School Indore. Mount Index International School, Indore 8th class students Avni sisodia, Bhavik Padiyar and Bhoomi Sharma participated in this competition accompanied by their art and craft mentor Ms.Manisha Gangwal and secured Best performance .Students demonstrated a model on Patriotic theme and showed success journey from 1947 to 2022. The competition focused on bringing an understanding among the children about preserving the environment by reusing and recycling waste material. Fantabulous ideas were demonstrated using materials like old boxes,waste bottles and tyres. The criteria for the competition were presentation,types of materials and overall effect.The activity displayed creativity of the students and developed sense of love for environment.
Sahodaya Samagam Organised an Interschool English Poem Recitation Competition at Mata Gujri Girls Public School on August 27, 2022 in which

The merit list had more shining stars sparkling with incredible achievements in Science and IT with full marks thus bagging the 0.1 merit certificates. The school rejoiced in ecstasy with the announcement of class XII results in which Akashi Gupta meritoriously touched the zenith of success with 97% marks in Humanities stream. Ishita Joshi of Science stream (PCB ) bagged a total score of 96% making for herself the second position amongst AISSCE toppers.Prerna Singh of PCM branch gave an outstanding performance with 95% at the third position.

‘Under-18’ title of late Ramesh Chandra Ji Gaur Trophy in the name of Index Cricket Academy

– Brilliant victory in the final match of Index Cricket Academy, Nitin Patel took 5 wickets

Indore. Late Ramesh Chandra Ji Gaur Trophy (Under-18) – Index Cricket Academy has won the final match by performing brilliantly. The final match was held between Index Cricket Academy and Central India, in which Index Cricket Academy won by performing brilliantly. Nitin Patel of Index Cricket Academy was Man of the Match and Prashant Patidar was Man of the Series. The Chairman of Index Group Mr. Suresh Singh Bhadoria and MD of Mount Index International School, Mr. Mayankraj Singh Bhadoria expressed their happiness on this spectacular victory achieved by Index Cricket Academy in the final match and sent best wishes to all the players for their bright future.

In this final match which was held on Thursday, 7 April 2022, by winning the toss, Central India scored 104 runs for the loss of 10 wickets in 27 overs. Highest run scored by Sahil Dhiman for Central India. Nitin Patel took 5 wickets and Ritesh Soni took 2 wickets for Index Cricket Academy. Batting for Index Cricket Academy, Prashant Patidar scored 37 not out and Aniket scored 35 not out. In 25 overs, Index Cricket Academy won a spectacular victory for the loss of just 4 wickets.

On this victory achieved in the final match of Index Cricket Academy, Mr. ManojBajpayee, Principal of Mount Index International School, Mr. RupeshVerma, CEO of Mount Index International School, Mr. AnjanHalder, Coach of Index Cricket Academy, teachers of Mount Index International School and all the staff expressed their exuberance. During the cricket match, the Corona guidelines were followed by all the players.

Vaccination drive for school children aged between 15 to 18 years at Mount Index International School.
Mount Index International School Indore conducted vaccination drive as per the guidelines received from the Govt. of India, Ministry of Health and Family welfare from 3rd January, 2022 under National Vaccination Programme.
The students from the school who fall under the mentioned age category enthusiastically took part in the drive and got vaccinated. Around 182 students got vaccinated in the first two days and are encouraging their friends for the same. All necessary protocols were followed by all the staff and students during the drive.
Congratulations to Our Students on their win at Vigyan Sammelan- Science Exhibition
On 24th December 2021,Young brains of Mount Index International School zealously participated in Vigyan Sammelan-science exhibition which was organized by MP Government at Emerald Heights International school on the topic “Seed the idea -Start up Generators” wherein Our Students Prerna Singh, Aanya Mishra and Khushi Agrawal showcased the use of Ethenol as future fuel plant structure and outshine with the objective of promoting the scientific and technological innovations and secured III position under the guidance of mentors Mr. Chetan Tiwari and Mr. Manish Vyas.The team has glorified Mount Index International School by adding one more flagship in a row.

Skaters from more than 100 schools from all over Indore actively participated in the championship.
SANJH YADAV also made us proud by winning 2 Gold & 1 Silver Medal in RSFI M.P. State roller skating championship organised by The Emerald Heights International School, Indore, reflecting Comprehensive Development of each student aimed by School Management.

Sanjh is selected for the 59th National Speed Skating championship to be held at Rohini, Delhi from 11th to 13th December, 2021.
Skaters from Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Ujjain, Gwalior, Ratlam and 11 other districts participated in the State Championship.

Ishita Sharma of Grade VII wins at Samagam Inter School ‘Mask-a-Thon’ ( Mask is your canvas- painting) competition held virtually under the aegis of Indore Sahodaya Schools Complex for Cluster 3 on 31st July ’2021.
The theme for the competition was Participants own imagination.
